About me

Be humble for you are made of earth.
Be noble for you are made of stars.

-Serbian proverb

I first discovered astrology in what, looking back at it now, was an enormously transformative time in my life. I really consider it a dark night of the soul. It was a period of intense questioning, about what I thought myself and even the universe was made of.

In that period of intensity, I set myself to learning about as much as I could – psychology, spirituality, but even subjects that I had abandoned since High School, such as geometry. I wanted to start over, take in the world again.

When astrology peaked my interested, I was hooked right away. I began studying it and haven’t stopped since. I have truly found it to be one of the most profound system of symbols I’ve ever encountered. Sure, it’s fun to compare charts on apps, but a deep study of astrology gave me something so much more than that. It gave me an entirely new vocabulary for expressing things that had happened in my life. For finally admitting that certain parts of myself existed that I had previously denied. It was like discovering a map of my soul.

Now here I am, more than four years later, and my love for this symbolic system has only grown. Exponentially.

I’ve reached a point where I want to start giving something back – I want to share what I’ve been learning. I’ve been inspired by so many astrologers who have come before me, and I want to follow in their footsteps and help others learn about themselves through this wonderful tool.

I get so disheartened when I see astrology reduced to simple Sun signs or “cookbook” approaches that tell you vague statements about yourself based on what sign a planet was in. Instead, I want to start a platform where we can build and share knowledge about the philosophy of astrology, astrological synthesis, full-phase aspects, ancient symbolism, and the holism that is this beautiful system of understanding the world.

This is what I’m hoping to accomplish here. My path could take me in any number of directions, but if you’ve found yourself here, maybe it’s for a reason.
